Nouga reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Services without our express written permission. We may modify or discontinue any part of the Services (including prices, products, or features) without prior notice.
SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY
All our products are handcrafted and made in small batches, and availability may vary.
Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual products may differ slightly due to artisanal preparation and presentation.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS & PAYMENTS
Orders can be placed through our website, with customer service or in-store.
We accept payments via KNET, Visa, Mastercard, and other available methods displayed at checkout.
All prices are in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD).
Your order is considered confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
Nouga reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (for example, if the item is unavailable or if there is a payment issue).
SECTION 4 - SHIPPING, DELIVERY & PICKUP

We deliver across most areas in Kuwait between 10 AM and 10 PM, including an ASAP option (within approx. 3 hours)
Please ensure that delivery information is accurate; we are not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or recipient unavailability.
During high seasons (e.g., Ramadan, Eid), delivery times may vary.
Pickup orders are available during store operating hours.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photos for review.
SECTION 5 - REFUNDS, RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns and refunds are not accepted except in the case of an error or product issue verified by our team.
Orders may not be canceled once they have been confirmed and preparation has begun.
If there is an issue with your order such as error or missing item please contact us immediately so we can investigate and resolve the issue appropriately.
SECTION 6 - ALLERGENS & FOOD SAFETY
Our chocolates and desserts may contain or come into contact with nuts, dairy, gluten, and other allergens.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and contacting us for allergen details before consumption. Nouga is not liable for allergic reactions caused by undisclosed sensitivities.

All content on this website including text, graphics, images, logos, designs, and trademarks is the intellectual property of Nouga Artisan Chocolatier or its licensors.
