Shipping policy

At Nouga Artisan Chocolatier, every order is prepared and delivered with care to preserve the quality of our handcrafted creations.

We currently offer delivery across most areas in Kuwait, with selectable time slots and an ASAP option (within ~3 hours, 10 am–8 pm). Pickup orders are also available during Store operating hours.

Please ensure all delivery details are accurate. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information or recipient unavailability. During high seasons, such as Ramadhan and Eid, delivery timing may vary.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, kindly contact us within a maximum of 2 hours with supporting photos. Our team will review and resolve immediately.
