Our chocolate is premium and high quality. To best enjoy and keep your chocolate fresh for the longest time possible, we recommend:

• Keep the chocolate stored in a dry, cool place.
• Avoid humidity as much as possible.
• Keep any plastic wrap of foil on item until serving.
• Keep away from direct sunlight and warm temperatures.
• Chocolate can absorb smells. Keep away from and do not store chocolate together with smells that may be absorbed.

Nouga Artisan Chocolatier is a chocolate brand located in Kuwait with two main branches. For orders outside Kuwait we can recommend a third party delivery service, whom can help. We prepare items per order and customer is responsible for third party pickup arrangements. For further information, please contact our customer service. 

Yes! We offer local delivery in Kuwait, which can be either set as a ASAP order or it can be scheduled. Additionally, we offer pick-up in our branches in Shuwaik and Salhiya.

Note that ASAP delivery is available between 10AM and 8PM every day. Any order placed as ASAP delivery outside of fulfillment period default to the earliest timing inside of next fulfillment period. Some exceptions to ASAP delivery and Scheduled delivery may apply based on high season to ensure on time-delivery.
